Our National Leader Whatsapp Group Chat

We announced our new National Leader Whatsapp Group Chat a few weeks ago in a previous edition of the weeknotes. We hope it will grow into being a useful space for:

• Exchanging advice on running Local Welcome groups
• Connecting with and sharing information with other groups (for example, if a member of your group is moving to another city where there’s another group!)
• Sharing stories and photos from your group
• Sharing links to petitions and resources

Meals in December and January

We’d love to get your December and January meal dates confirmed and in the diary, so we can start promoting them as soon as possible!

If you haven’t done already in your group, please can you check in with each other to see which of you are free to lead on the 1st/3rd Sundays of Dec and Jan, and then nominate a leader to submit the meal booking request form twice (one submission per month) on behalf of your group?

Once we’ve received your submissions, we’ll review them, update the calendar in your leader portal with all the details, and follow up to confirm.
