(Some of) What we did this week…

• Continued preparing for your May meals 🥗
• Made some more tweaks to our new advertising strategy after testing it and learning from the results for a few weeks. This included making a second version of the video ad we’ve developed in a different aspect ratio for further optimisation 📢
• Started work on a new Organic (free!) Advertising Toolkit which we hope to publish soon 🍏

🔔 Our annual impact surveys go live next week!

You might remember taking part in this last summer! We’ll be in touch next week to share a link for our annual Leader Impact Survey via WhatsApp.

We’ll also be emailing all members of your group mailing lists (members and newcomers) next week to invite them to take part in a separate Impact Survey as well.

• Welcoming Andrew back from paternity leave, and helping him get back up to speed on everything whilst he’s been away 👨‍💻
• Continuing work on our new DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) strategy 💜
• Final preparations to launch our annual leader and member impact surveys 🗣️
