(Some of) What we did this week…

• Prepared for your July meals this weekend 🥙
• Gathered and analysed data on our current monthly donation income, with the support of our pro-bono business consultant at Cranfield Trust. The aim behind this phase of work is to draw insights which we can learn from, so we can grow our member and supporter base and become less dependent on grant funding in the future 💰
• Created a 2-week TikTok content plan, so we can test and learn whether we can reach any new leaders, members and supporters there.
