• The team glowed from all the kind and positive feedback we received from our Refugee Week heritage film screening event last week! Thanks so much to all who watched and shared it 🍿

• Shared plans for the final stages of the National Lottery Heritage Fund project with our leaders in Birmingham, Derby, Leicester and Norwich. We’re so grateful for all your support 💜
• Met with our independent evaluator, Jacob, to review the fantastic work he’s done so far to build/improve our monitoring, evaluation and learning processes at Local Welcome. Jacob is going to join our weekly leader check-in on Wed 24 July at 5:30pm so he can meet you and share some of his work. More details to follow!
• Rhiannon submitted two funding applications 💪
• Hannah took some annual leave for a well-earned rest 🌴

• Supporting our groups towards the biggest weekend of meals we’ve had so far this year in Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Derby and Liverpool 😍
• Working on reducing our monthly technical running costs ⚙️
• Celia and Hannah will be attending Migrant Help’s annual conference 🤝
• Celia and Andrew will be setting out plans for Local Welcome’s next quarter 🌱
