What we’ve been focusing on this week

• Planning and preparing to introduce the new Leader Handbook at the Leader Design Forum this evening. We also shared some headlines on the handbook in last week’s weeknotes, in case you didn’t get a chance to read them!
• Reviewing and debriefing all your feedback from meals at the weekend, including the wonderful photos and videos that Ben and our volunteer videographer shot at the Liverpool and Derby meals last Sunday (and the brilliant photos our Cardiff leaders sent us from their meal too)! Azad, Hannah and Ben have all been hard at work reviewing everything and preparing to put together some festive social media posts, new social media ads and promotional videos.
• Making a second round of changes to the website. You might have read in recent weeknotes that we recently launched our first version of our new website, and that we’ve been testing new social media adverts to recruit new leaders for existing groups, and first leaders for new groups. We’ve also been conducting user research interviews with some of our current members and leaders, and our newest signups. This week we’ve been pulling this learning together and simplifying our new website, in line with your feedback 💪

(Some of) what we’re focusing on next week includes:

• Continuing to focus on improving our website and social media ads to get more members and leaders for existing groups, and new groups launched.
• Making our next round of changes and improvements to the Leader Handbook, following feedback we receive at our Leader Design Forum tonight.
• Preparing to land 2023 smoothly as our team gets ready to take a well-earned rest over the festive season!
