(Some of) What we did this week…

• Supported our Leicester and Norwich leaders in preparing for their meals this Sunday 🥗
• Celia and Clare (our Chair of Trustees) interviewed potential trustee candidates 🤝
• We planned next steps for making Local Welcome a more trauma informed organisation (more to follow soon!) 🧠
• We met with our Independent Evaluator, Jacob, to review our new Theory of Change and the leader and member surveys he’s developed. We will release these surveys soon, as part of our strategy to improve the way we measure Local Welcome’s impact! 💜

• Debriefing Norwich and Leicester’s meals 📝
• Furthering the ongoing work to reduce Local Welcome’s monthly technical running costs ⚙️
• Getting together in-person as a team for the first time since last summer! We can’t wait to see each other’s faces in real life (rather than on a video call) again 😍
