(Some of) what we’ve been focusing on this week…
- Preparing for our re-launch meal in a new venue in Newham, our first ever meal in Norwich, and meals in Cardiff and Derby this weekend 🎉
- Submitting funding applications for both new and existing groups 💰
- Setting up our first version of the ‘editable’ handbook we mentioned in our weeknotes last week. We’re calling it a ‘Leader Portal’, and we’re releasing it to a small handful of groups today, to test and give feedback on. The Leader Portal is designed to be tailored to your group, and will be used to:
- Access the Local Welcome Leader Handbook
- Review and update your group’s progress and tasks
- Update your ‘About our Group’ section to share information with your fellow leaders

- Reviewing feedback and debriefing our meals in Cardiff, Derby, Norwich and Newham 💜
- Continuing to prepare to launch our Supporter campaign with Nice and Serious (a creative agency providing us with pro-bono support) 🧑💻
- Reviewing our first round of feedback from leader groups who we tested our new Leader Portals with this week, and implementing our first round of improvements 🛠️
