- Made some changes and improvements to the way we communicate about our financial model to our members and leaders (see more below) 💰
Updates to the way we communicate our financial model
1. We’ve made it clearer that local costs may differ slightly between groups
We’ve updated the Managing Group Finances page in your Leader Handbook and the Membership page on our website to better clarify that local costs may differ slightly between groups, but monthly running (local & support) costs average out at £300 per group per month.
2. We’ve improved the FAQs on our membership page
In line with feedback from both you and our members, we’ve added some more FAQs to the membership page on our website including:
- How do I cancel my membership?
- How can I fundraise for Local Welcome?
3. We’ve better clarified how your monthly Soldo budget can be spent
We realised there wasn’t clear information on what your monthly Soldo budget can or shouldn’t be spent on in the Leader Handbook, so we’ve added some guidance to both the Managing Group Finances page and the Soldo Card Guidance page.
